Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Windermere is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Windermere and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your health, medical history, and any medications you are currently taking.

We reserve the right to decline a consultation or refuse to issue a prescription if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Certain medical conditions, ongoing treatments, or medications may make you ineligible for weight loss prescriptions available through our service.

3. Prescriptions

All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Prescriptions are only provided for licensed medicines in accordance with their approved indications and UK clinical guidelines. You must not share, sell, or transfer any medication prescribed to you. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information; providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of your account and, where required, notification to relevant authorities.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems. If a payment is declined or reversed fraudulently, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within one working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to your chosen courier service and are not guaranteed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Windermere.

Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in compliance with pharmaceutical storage and transport requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by email. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, cancellation is not possible under the Medicines (Advertising) Regulations and UK pharmacy law, as prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold once dispensed.

Refunds for consultation fees may be considered at our discretion where a prescription is declined on clinical grounds. No refunds will be issued for dispensed medication except in cases of our verified error or a product fault.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Windermere are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or specialist. Always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately.
